November 18th, 2005
This is a press release that just was delivered to me. I can’t personally endorse her book, but it sure looks like her heart is the right place.
AS VEGAS, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ — Available now, “The Journey”
(ISBN 0-9748988-0-5) is a moving story that chronicles the life of Annie, a
mom who takes on the challenge of building a home-based business as she
strives to blend career and family. The book’s author, Julie Abarzua says:
“This enchanting story is a thoughtful and inspiring gift for the busy woman
in your life this holiday season!”

Julie embarked on her own journey a few years ago that led her in a new
direction both personally and professionally. She admits that Annie is based
on her own experiences as a mother working outside the home while raising her
children. Her struggle is one that is repeated across the country by
thousands of parents every day. “Like me, Annie found her solution by
starting and successfully running a home-based business that afforded her the
time and income necessary to blend her career and family life,” says Julie.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Julie spent much of her professional
career focused on encouraging and directing young people toward living their
best lives. Married to her husband Kurt in 1986, they are raising their two
sons in Las Vegas where she stays busy as a consultant and inspirational
speaker, and continues to build her home-based business.
As a successful businesswoman, Julie decided to self-publish “The Journey”
with help from friends, and other successful writers. “I hope ‘The Journey’
will provide insight and inspiration to others; especially moms working
outside the home.”
Reviews indicate she will be equally successful as an author.
‘The Journey’ is a riveting work of fiction that women and couples
everywhere will readily identify with. I’m giving you fair warning … once
you pick up ‘The Journey,’ you won’t be able to put it down. So pour a cup of
tea, park yourself in your favorite reading spot, and enjoy!,” says Belinda
Thompson, Las Vegas.
“In ‘The Journey,’ the author [has] done the same thing I sought to do in
my book, only better! … Brilliant … ‘The Journey’ is not as much a book
you will ‘read,’ it is a book you will ‘feel,’” says John Milton Fogg, author
of “The Greatest Networker in the World.”
