Couples choosing to work from home

My husband John left his corporate job as a data analyst in September of 2004 to join me in working from home. It was the best decision that we have ever made. It seemed risky to trade his very secure salary and position for the unknown future of a home business. But it didn’t take long for us to easily make up for the lost income.

I love it that we both are home with the kids. I love sharing the office work AND the housework. We really enjoy eachothers company so the lifestyle is perfect for us.

I was just reading an article from nbc news about couples choosing to work from home and was delighted that it is becoming a more mainstream decision for people.
