Do you need a Popup Hover Ad for your website?

I just found a great resource for creating popup hover ads… for FREE! Check out the ad over on FreelanceMom for an example of what you can do with this little program.

I hope it helps some of you - I was really pleased with the results and it saved me from spending about $60 on a new program (I lost my old one!)
