I'm an expert on procrastination myself, and I realized a few years ago that I had to focus on my top-five clients and simply let the others go. Maybe not your 20% top clients account for 80% of your turnover, but try to mine out the gold from your account. As soon as you let the others go, a lot of noise and distractions disappear. And -- like out of magic -- you have enough energy, time and business hours to take care of the rest. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for this post!
