BizOp Moms - Here’s a great example of a website
Posted on August 5th, 2007 by Lori
Lots of Moms I meet are promoting one bizop or another. Often they are using the same website template as all the other members in their BizOp. I think it’s smart to get a completely unique website that you can provide information on and optimize for search engines, etc.
A FreelanceMom forum member, LisaMommy, was requesting feedback on her site. When I saw it I thought other bizop entrepreneurs could benefit from the idea. Lisa’s site is NaturalUses.
What do you think?

Welcome Moms!

I love that her blog design fits in with the theme of here business; it does make her site quite unique and is, I think, a great example of creativity making an outstanding statement.
@Revka — I agree! The design really does complement her business. I didn’t realize you were a web designer
I’ve seen your blogs but not your design site… Looks like really great work for decent prices!
Thanks, Lori - that is exactly my goal: to provide quality custom designs at prices anyone can afford. I’m glad to hear that you think I am succeeding at that goal.
The only thing that ruins it is the banner advertising at the top of the page because she is using Freewebs.com which is a free webhosting site and subdomain. If she took it a step further and purchased her own domain and used paid hosting and had a unique design it would fare a lot better.
In my opinion and I’ve use Freewebs.com before, they do have a very good selection of templates.
