It can be simple stretches, yoga or a walk down your road - whatever works best for you. The idea is just to clear your head, breathe some deep breaths and visualize what you want to achieve today. Picture what you want to accomplish, how it will feel to get it done, what your clients reaction will be - how everyone will benefit from the day. Get familiar with your visualization, really try see the day complete and how fabulous you feel when you wrap up your day.
